Complaint about the waiting time and treatment of the staff at Bophelong Clinic.
Boohelong clinic is based in Atteridgeville, Saulsville. The staff doesn’t attend to Patients, they talk however they want to with patients. Tell me if it’s actually normal to wait at a Primary Health Care Centre for over 05 hours. And by that time, your consulting number is 07, not, are you trying to tell me, from the curative side, the only number of people The Bophelong Clinic staff has helped is actually 06, from 07:30-12:46? There is no way this can be possible. These people need to understand they are dealing with people and sick people at that.
