Very unhappy and furious customer

I want to know if this business is still operational as I am waiting for trust fund payout for almost 1 year. The ID number is 000 ********** of Tamzyn Williams. We went to their headoffices in Waterfall on 20th November 2018 and payout date was confirmed for 16 December 2018. To date we have received no payment and we made daily calls on average 15 calls per day with no answer and also no reply. Please asisst desperate student as tertiary registration and requiremnets needs to be met in the next few days.
