unhappy about Bophelo Trust Services

Bophelo Trust Services is playing games with people and don't care about people. My family has been waiting for their trust funds from 2017 and till this day they still waiting,when we try to make contact with them its either you are taken from one person to their other or you cant go through like today. I have been trying to call this number and its not going through ********** , last time a lady by the name of Mpho was assisting me and I even send her an email with the information she requested for and she never got back to me.
