Discrepancy Debt review

My name is Sibongile F Mchunu. We were in under debt review with Booysens company the then Fidelity since 2009. We have paying since 2009 till now and its already 10 years yet they told us that it will 5 years to pay all our debts. Before we were communicating with Sindy, and she is no longer working there. Currently we liaise with Suraya and last week she told me that all our creditors had been paid off and she will be applying the Clearance certificate from the Court. This morning I got the email stating that we still owing Woolworths store, and that one had a lowest credit. I have been trying to call her since in the morning, she is ducking & diving and I did send her the email disputing that we still owing money to Woolworths. She has not responded to my email and she is not taking my calls.

I even went to their office earlier this year to clarify this matter but till now.

Please help me how to resolve this matter or else I will take legal steps to sue them because this thing never gave us a piece of mind as we could not do anything except buying cash.
