not a happy person at the moment

my finance has been having problems with this company, they have been taking money every month and we have court documents stating that he is no longer under administration ..they refuse to remove his name we even went to trans union we checked his not under administration anymore so why they keep deducting money from his salary as he cant do anything to the fact that its showing on the payslip,,our life is stuck because of this company something must be done cause we cannot live like this we will pay our own debts they must just stop taking money from his salary cause his been with them from 2013 which is a long time now...how do they feel when someones life is stuck because of they doing they must be something that can be done.. spoke to Melani from that company she gave us the statement what we see on the is not what is showing as we went to the shops to find information...
