I have a PlayStation 4 controller that needed a little button to be replaced on the front of the controller. So I take it to the company BOOTSYSTEMSGO as they specialise in repairing items like mine. I was promised by 5 workindays they would have the part ordered and at the store, so taking their word I decided to have them repair my controller. What an absolute waste of time and petrol. For two weeks I've been riding back and forth from my house to their place of work costing me over R200 in petrol, their service is atrocious as all that they do is play video games and the attitude from certain staff members that work there is absolutely degrading the reputation ofbtheir company. About 2 days ago I received an email stating my controller was ready for collection so I decided to fetch it the very next day being a Saturday, I get there and they're closed. I checked their website to see their working hours and it stated upon request, so I requested via email and I phoned various numbers to try get hold of someone and that was a failed plan. I then receive an email from a guy named Tom that works at BOOTSYSTEMSGO to add him on whatsapp so that we can arrange a time to meet on Sunday the 23rd of July (Today) we arrange to meet at the place of work meaning I dropped all my plans for Sunday just to get this whole ordeal out of the way only to receive a whatsapp saying that it's best just to fetch it tomorrow ( Monday the 24th of July). I have never been so disappointed in my entire life.

I recommend staying away from his company as they aren't competent enough to carry out the tasks that they day they can. Their address is 71 Water Road, Wallet, Port Elizabeth. Don't waste your time like I did.
