Poor service from Manager and waiters DO BETTER

On the 24th i visited a bootlegger at Franschhoek you would think a place that attract tiurist will be up to standard when it comes to customer service after all its just a coffee shop .

I sat for over 10 minutes without being attended i approached the counter where a manager was standing the whole time , she claimed she thought i was assisted . When i said no i had not been assisted still n waiter presence . Eventually a waitress assisted me , the fact that i had to stand up from my table to get assisted says a lot
