Hairband in takeout coffee

We bought take out coffee in Bree St branch and one tasted wierd. Couldn’t drink further and when got home to throw don’t sink we found a hair and with hair on in cup. Absolutely disgusting on how a hairband can make its way into a cup a barista just looked in. Have tried to log 4 separate contact us and no response yet!
