Bad service with a terrible manager

My friends and I visited the Bootleggers at Ferndale on Republic on the morning of 17th September 2022 .The place was quite empty but after we ordered and the food came we hardly saw any waiters .No one came to check on us .We repeatedly asked for water (a bottle ) with lemon but they only brought 1 glass of water for 1 person (we were 4 people).We told the waiter that was wrong and again someone else brought the wrong order .My order( beetroot /hummus /avo sandwich ) was so small for the price (about R75 ).We complained to the manager ,Faye who had such bad attitude .Our bill was about R700 and we asked the waitress for a discount (based on the bad service) and she called Faye who came at us with the card machine questioning what is the problem .I asked for a discount based on the based service we received and she said since we arent tipping she's not going to give a discount.I told her the tip isnt part of the bill -that doesnt make sense but she said no.After a while I went to the bathroom ,when I came out I caught her mocking us with the waitress that served us .She looked shocked and clearly wasnt expecting me to be there.All in all a very disappointing experience and I appeal to the public not to use this establishment !
