bad service

I have always had the best experience since the the bootlegger kiosk store in the Water front opened, but unfortunately I have a bad experience with the new guy down there. At first he didnt have change the second time when I came back for my change he offered me a broken R10 note and he gave me a very bad attitute. it is sad because I always got along with every staff that get to work there. When ever we have training at my work we buy coffee at the store am talking about 15 cups of coffees and some pasties and all i am asking for is for the company to look into the matter just a friendly advise from some who works in the mall and refers to the store as a favourite sport thanks
