Bootlegger Disappointed 😞

The white lady (manager I assume coz she was wearing a different shirt from other staff) is very unprofessional!!! She had a staff meeting just after 10am in front of paying customers. Not only that, she was shouting and screaming at the serving staff who were all black. Guys in this day and age is this really necessary. Lets talk and respect each other in the workplace - it's not the first time I have witnessed this disgusting behaviour. Bootlegger management we are in a new intergrated society, please address this disturbing behaviour from white to black staff. Power should not be abused no matter who has it. I advocate for a South Africa for all especially with the recent abuse of the people who work and service us jn the hospitality industry. Forward together!!!
