Bad Service

Good Day, I had the most disappointing service in your Westlake branch this morning.. I work very close to the branch and so I go there often and the staff are not the friendliest at all especially the one who is the supervisor or manager.. she was serving me at the till this morning, firstly no greeting which I don’t mind as we are people maybe she was not having a good day.. I asked for the coffee and the size.. immediately she goes on with her business as I was standing in the till, continues to do whatever she was doing as im standing there as I’m waiting for the slip and receipt.. I thought she will come back quickly and attend to me but no she continues, I had to speak up and ask for the till slip and receipt..She looked annoyed as she was giving me the slip and receipt.. I don’t like complaining but I felt today was uncalled for, they don’t have to be nice if they don’t want to but the expectation is to be given a proper service, which includes being given a slip and receipt..
