Bad all round experience

14/12/2024 had good service, ordered some coffee which came pretty fast within 10 minutes. The dirty chai is terrible btw. The problem came in when we ordered food, after ordering the simple breakfast which was eggs toast with some salmon trout and then a chicken mayo for my wife.

After waiting for about an hour, the waiter approached me and informed me that they were backed up but everyone that came 30-40 minutes after us were getting big orders of food before us. at about 1 and a half hours the waiter i guess decided to put in some work and inform a higher up, in which she came up to our table to confirm the order on a paper which seemed to be crumbled and not taken care of.

After this time simply requested the bill, paid, tipped and left again, picked up mcds on the way.

This is the only location i have had an issue with, the one in century city is quite wonderful, waterfront etc as well.
