Poor Service and Hygiene

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The staff's hygiene and professionalism left much to be desired. Several issues stood out:

1. Staff Eating and Drinking: Employees were eating and drinking on the restaurant floor between serving customers, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary.

2. Disorganized Service: We had four different people serve us during a single seating, which was confusing and disrupted the experience.

3. Poorly Made Drink: I ordered a peanut butter brownie milkshake, and it was terrible—watery, with clumps of unblended peanut butter.

4. Hygiene Concerns: A barista was touching his hair and face, then handling customers' food and drinks without washing his hands. Another staff member, who appeared to be the manager, worked on the cash register, touched his phone, and then prepared drinks without any handwashing.

5. Constant Phone Use: Staff were often on their phones, which not only looked unprofessional but raised further concerns about cleanliness.

Overall, the lack of basic hygiene standards and professionalism made the visit uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously address these issues.
