Not complying with their responsibilities

My colleague asked me to call the rental agent because she does not have electricity for three days now. When I called I spoke to Jennifer who was very rude and not professional at all.

I asked her why the matter takes so long to be resolved. She said I have to call the building manager, it is not her job to assist.

I asked if it is not the rental agent's job to assist the tenant and raised my voice. She yelled back at me saying I don't care if you are white or a lawyer you don/t shout at me.

The colleague is still without electricity and Jennifer lacks professionalism.
