Boost Properties not treating tenants fairly

Boost Property staff and Management for 2 months is failing to fix our sewer pipes , we have called their offices as tenants only to be met by hostile and rude staff . The flat is now a hive of flies and an outbreak is eminent any time from now .Our children can no-longer play out side because of the risk of water borne diseases .
