Bad attitude and insult from management especially Maline

Management is rude not kind or nice I was dealing with a lady called Marline,she insulted me and told me ******* because I asked for my deposit money .It's been long following for the same issue she told me never to call or text her she will call me once it done .I asked do I have to wait forever I mean I put 30 days notice if the process is long they should have started with the process the first day of notice than to tell me *******.I couldn't be rude because I still need my money but soon as I get it I want to call them
