YET ANOTHER **** I GUESS

So I app**** for a loan, and it was approved. I then went ahead and accepted the debicheck mandate that came through and i received and email to say that the loan will be paid out within 24hrs...... That was on Wednesday that I accepted the debicheck mandate..... Today is Friday and still no funds has come into my account.... Ive sent them an email last night and theres still absolutely no response..... Ive tried calling and there's no1 that takes the call (even though it says that all the agents are worming from home)..... Ive even tried the whatsapp chat that they provide, and yet again absolutely no reply to any messages..... My problem is that im going to be debited the end of this month, for loan that i had no use of, which really isnt fair at all...... I see all the 5 star reviews on her and it makes me wonder if its all genuine reviews, but my experience with them at the moment is extremely appalling.......
