Unsatisfied

The first time I app**** was quiet easy and efficient. The second time I app**** took it was communicated that the debicheck mandate has expired that I accepted in time. Then another was sent and I accepted it. I am currently sitting with two debichecks with slightly different amounts by R20/R30. Different case numbers.

I have communicated this with them and asked them to cancel the additional debit mandate or to disburse. They said they will look into it, I was notified it was cancelled. It's not cancelled, it's still active and it's on my credit profile. So it shows I have two loans with them when I only received one payout. It's more than a week later.

If you don't do this properly it will seem like I didn't pay the loan when in actual fact I am only suppose to have one loan and only got one loan payout.

I am worried and very upset at this moment cause you keep saying you'll look into it when you actually not doing anything and giving me false feedback.
