Unhappy Client

From time to time would utilize their services but the lack of professionalism abd true transparency is shocking. Accepted debit check on the 28th of March was ignored whole time to be told funds have been reoeased yesterday 3rd April and wait for then to reflect.. That never happened zilch funds... Now after sending an email to cancel and what to do with debit check mandate was told cant cancel once that's been placed and thwy apologize they have disumberment system glitch and are working on it... Truly unprofessional.. Why not be honest from word go
