Took long to send the money

I made a loan application on the 30th of March and I got approved I got a Debi check same day at around 18:00 and I accepted immediately. I had an emergency for that money and guess what today is the 1st of April 2024 and still no money in my account. Am not happy at all tried sending emails and tried calling none of them are being answered. How the hell do I cancel it because it's no use to get the money after 3 days. Am ****ed
