Thievery!!!!

This company, declined my loan application last week. They then debit my account today, via debi-check, which is not legal as I did not approve a debi-check for an amount for no reason. I call in at 11 o’clock for a refund and was promised it urgently, it is not past 3:30 and tomorrow is a public holiday. They blamed their 3rd party service provider!!

How is it possible that companies are allowed to debi-check clients accounts without a mandate? What’s worse is that I haven’t even gotten paid yet, this was the last funds I have left and needed it for medical reason, they care a damn about the damage that is being caused and how they are toying with peoples lives.
