There's no sense of urgency, I mean when applying for a loan it means I have a financial emergency, I approved a debit check in the morning it's now 17:34 still there's nothing in my account

There's no sense of urgency, I mean when applying for a loan it means I have a financial emergency, I approved a debit check in the morning it's now 17:34 still there's nothing in my account. I have no problem with them at all except for the fact that they don't reply to emails of which is not fair and that they take very long to review the application and to send the funds.
