Rude consultants

I app**** for a loan three days ago. On their website it says you get an instant decision but I get a message that my application is under review and it will take less than 24hrs. The next day I get an email that I need to submit my bank statements which I did even though I submitted it with initial application Then yesterday I get email and I again attach statement and salary slip and screenshot of transaction history because my June statement doesn’t reflect my salary Then this morning they email to ask for statements again And I send it again Then I’m rudely told that I must go to internet profile and get my statement and this is after I said in my email that fnb app and online banking doesn’t allow me to do that And I still don’t have an answer from them
