PATHETIC

I am HIGHLY ANNOYED! I have not had a loan agreement with Boost Loans since December 2023. I have emailed the collections department, with no response. I do not have a loan amount owing to Boost loans. I do not have any pending debit orders for Boost loans to collect. Worst of all – I DID NOT authorise a Debicheck!!!

This is not fair and totally not professional or okay. How can people do this? This is ********!!!! It is theft and undenyibly the worst Customer Service! This Company should be closed down for what it is doing to the clients that once trusted them.

I want a full refund and a damn good explanation. I then want my customer account portal completely deleted and removed from their database! I will NEVER use this pathetic company again!!!!!!!!
