No communication

no sense of urgency, call them they place you on hold forever. I sent theough emails that do not get a response. I started the loan application they say 24 hour response its been over a week i am still waiting. Even though i have called in to confirm they have recieved my documentsl , and rep**** to the emails , but they keep sending emails stating that my application is pending due to not recieving my documents.
