My money was deducted 3 times even on 2nd account!!

I’m still waiting for my money as they promised to pay it back on Friday 28/06/2024 that was deducted 3rd time on my Nedbank account. I would like you guys to pay back my money ASAP I need to use it!!!

Kindly see their response when I send all my banking statements on WhatsApp: “I've just checked the ticket logged yesterday, the second debit was still tracking this is why only one was refunded to you. The second debit is now successful and will also be returned to you.“
