MULTIPLE UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

Boost loans have taken 3 unauthorised debits from my account. I do not have any existing loans with them. They have refunded only one and now unable to reach them telephonically or via email. Seems like they are taking this money to pay people that are applying for loans. I have lodged a complaint with the NCR and my bank. Debicheck mandates are outdated yet they have ******** control over my money!!! This reflects *****ulent behaviour as they are not forthcoming with the refunds.
