*******ly deducted my money

I took out a loan in June and it was paid off on the 29 June, on the 30 June I received a Garnishee Order from their legal team. I email back to enquire since I paid already, never got a response. On the 26 July another Dr Order went off from them same amount from last month but never took out a loan from them. I never approved any debicheck, how did they get excess to jy account? I've even tried their live chat to get my refund but the are ignoring me and the legal team. They *****ulently deducted my money and want my refund as in yesterday.
