incompetence

To say that i am upset is an understatement ,what you guys have done remains unmatched i never thought i'd ever review you badly as a second time client you deposit the money in my account and hold it back yet again and then make a note on your system that i owe you when i didn't even receive the money i have sent emails and sent whatsapp messages including my transaction history from my bank statement but who cares?
