Highly frustrated

I took up a loan with Boost loans which was not a hassle at all. Trouble started when they double deducted my bank account, to pay off the loan. I have been emailing them and trying to chat with them via watts App and no response. I contacted my bank, they can't reverse the debit order because Boost loans blocked them, I am so frustrated and in desperate need of that refund. They only have one number which *** and they are not responding
