Duplicate Debit orders

I have had duplicate debit orders twice... The 2nd time I informed them prior it happened but nothing was done which led to an inconvenience as you would have to seek for a refund while your other debit orders are not fulfilled. They refused to remove or suspended old mandates that are not supposed to be active. I must say it is thee worst service ever.
