I’ve been waiting for feedback since Monday.

You guys requested documentation which I sent through,24 hours has passed and still no feedback. I have called in five times today and still get the same response, which is we will get back to you.The last consultant by the name of Sharon is very rude and not customer friendly at all.She raised voice at me and deliberately **** to me that the company operates 24 hours a day.She then stopped talking to me,while continued chatting with someone in the background.This is not the service that one should be receiving from you guys after I read all the good reviews
