BOOST *****ING MONEY FROM ACCOUNTS

I borrowed money from Boost. They sent me a legal notice but I informed them that I lost my job and that I cannot afford to pay them until I get a new job to which they agreed. I borrowed money from a relative to buy food and after more than 6 months Boost decides to take all that money from my account AFTER I informed them about my current job status and that I cannot afford to pay them back the whole amount. I think it is atrocious how they ***** money from customers without checking with them first. I don't have any money to buy food for my children now. You guys are atrocious and honestly a disgrace after I told you the truth.
