Boost doesn't report paid accounts as closed

When I take a loan you quickly add the account to my credit report, but the one that I have paid off you do not close it from my credit report it remains there. This then affects my affordability. As it stands now my affordability includes the loan I took last month.

I am not happy. I did send emails regarding this. Please do whats right. Other credit providers I paid off and within 4 days the account was closed on my credit bureaus
