Bad experience

I took a loan with them signed a mandate for debit order the consultant advised me to sign again as they had issues with the network.. Comes month end my account debited twice I asked for my refund even today I'm still waiting 48hrs has passed.. Their lines Noone answers and they are unprofessional...
