Bad bad service

Im very very disappointed you have deduct money from my account 3201 and i don't have any outstanding money i owe you,i've fully paid you in 2022 . you took the last money i had in my account . i don't have any petrol money nor food in my house due too the money you took. im not going to leave it like this ,because this is theft ,you take money without my consent.
