ACCOUNT DEBITED FOR A LOAN TAT IS ALREADY PAID UP 3X ON 2 ACCOUNTS.

I would like to request a refund for my money was deducted to my Nedbank account while I only received Debit order only not the money that I requested. Money was debited today (28/06/2024) While yesterday was debited on my Capitec (27/07/2024) I pay for the loan early on the 26 of June 2024 I don't understand why they should deduct the money 3x on my Capitec and Nedbank while I received the money on Capitec.
