Watered down tasteless smoothie

I purchased 3 Mango Boost smoothie juices from your Randridge branch on Saturday afternoon 19 March @15h55 @ R40 each<br> The lady had to put the smoothie in machine 4 times and still it was like drinking plain juice and not frozen<br> At one point she started pouring the mixture in cups, overfilled it and then poured all back to place back in machine.<br> By the time I got to the car it was not even frozen.<br> Also colour was very light - hardly added any mango but plenty banana which I don't even like.<br> What a waste of money! Your staff at Randridge are clueless when it comes to making smoothies as I ordered same thing from V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and it was divine<br> <br>
