Been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund

I really prefer to support local but when I have an awful experience like this, it puts me off ever supporting local again. I bought two items, paid over R1000 and unfortunately neither fit. I returned both straight away (confirmed delivery on Monday 4th of December 2023) and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund, despite numerous calls and emails to Anthea, the owner. It's left a really nasty taste and I just hope I see the money returned...
