Poor service delivery

I booked this company (the previous day) to remove a borehole pump from the hole. They were supposed to come on 1 November around 10 o'clock that morning, at half past eleven I phoned them and they said that they are busy and would be with me soon. After several more attempts to phone them and them not answering the calls I send them a whattsapp requesting a time for them to arrive. I had to take leave for the day as there was nobody home. At around 14h00 I send them another message (whattsapp) and later, around 14h30 I received a message back where the speaker (Jaco) was very curtly and rude. He told me he was busy and if I could not wait I had to get somebody else to do the job. I send them a message that I would find somebody else to do the job. This message was only read approximately 30 minutes after it was delivered. I wasted a day waiting for them to do the job which eventually was cancelled. Every communication was initiated from my side.
