Pay for an order now they refuse to deliver or refund me back

<p>I wanted to start a family business and i meet this company BOORA MOLOSIWA CHICKEN FARMING AND TRADING a lady called Marria explained to me about the services of the company i got intersted and wanted to buy so the send me and invoice and i pay the deposit after i pay the ask me to pay full price and i did after that the send me driver details and registration of the track i call the driver he said 'i am on mu way and i would be there by 17:00- 18:00' i waited until 18:30 and i call the driver and he picked up my call and acted like he can't talk so i call Marria to talk to him she said she will be back in 5 minutes i waited but she did not call me so i call her she told me the track wan involved in an accident and they will send another driver to come and deliver my order the next day. In the morning they call me and say i have to pay an insurance for the accident and i was confused because we never talk about such before so i told them to refund me the ask my bank details i give them and the didn't deposit my money instead the told me i have to pay for insurance before they refund me now they say i must take them to cort they is no metter.</p>
