Paid for an order now they don't want to deliver

<p>I wanted to start a small business. I found this company called Boora Molosiwa chicken farming and trading,I spoke to a lady called Maria and I ask her for a quotation and I was interested. I asked them if they can deliver? they said they deliver for free,the prices on the invoice they had included vat.but after making the first payment of 10 boxes which is 15 dozens they said I must buy 15 more boxes because they deliver from 20 boxes. I ordered a further 15 boxes which was now 25 boxes.then they said I must pay R1 200 for vat and insurance so that they can deliver,I deposited it and they promised to deliver today,they called me telling me that I need to order 5 more boxes .when I called for the first time they didn't tell me anything about insurance. when I ask for refund or my eggs they said I must buy 5more boxes so that they can deliver because I'm in gp the company is in nw.</p>
