Boomf Never recieved my product

Boomf makes customized birthday/event cards that explode with confetti. I ordered a card for valentines day a month before that never came, Paid about R200 in total. Sent them an email and they said it got lost and they can send me the exact same product or a similar one to the same value, i ordered that for my boyfriends birthday in March and it also never arrived and now they are not returning my emails
