Boomerang Orthopaedic backpack

On the 16 October I bought a boomerang orthopaedic backpack. We saved the bag until the school opened in February. The bag is not of very good qaulity. I would like to know where I can send photos so that they can see the qaulity with their own eyes,for the kind of money I've paid,it is really not worth half the money.
