Boomerang bag quality

I bought A boomerang Bag from luggage and leather inn in Kimberley. on the 15th of Jan, its not even the 15th of February and the straps are torn where it adjusts and the cover on the inside is stripped.

the lady and the shop says there's no warranty on tha***** not the first time I buy a bag and they have such stories.

I cnt contact boomerang as I cnt find a number for or website for them.
