Promise service that could not be delivered

Aldo, the owner promised me that he could install Blue Tooth radios in both our vehicles, still working from steering columns. He confirmed that he has everything needed in stock and that it only will take a few minutes to install. He installed the radios and then told me he needs to order the plug inns from Johannesburg and that he will contact me as soon as it arrives in about 2 weeks. Its been 6 weeks and he still didn't contact me after I tried to call him, send him emails and contact him through his website. If I just wanted a Blue Tooth radio I could bought it from many different stores, but I specifically want it to be installed by someone who could still let it work from the steering controls. Aldo from Boomed Alive **** to me just to make business. Business owners should not lie to clients just for their own benefits. I will definitely not make use of his service ever again.
