From great to dreadful and damaging

This used to be a very reliable and professional workshop. Been around for many years. Moved to smaller premises and now the ethos seems to be make money and forget about quality and the client. Installed a very expensive Sony upgrade in our Land Cruiser under Aldos' advice. Got the car back and most of my dash lighting was not working. The android and AppleCarplay didn't work. I was told to do our Moz trip like that. They would look at it in the new year! The next morning as i left home smoke started coming out of the dash. Rushed home and disconnected the battery. Decided to strip the radio and see what was going on. Found the new radio wiring had burnt out due to incorrect connections. Took all the damaged wiring out. Luckily none of the car wiring was damaged. Rewired everything , found what they had done wrong and reconnected the radio. Radio and dash lighting worked 100% on testing. Refitted everything but could not get the Carplay to work and the mic audio on the Bluetooth hands-free was very soft. People could not hear me properly. Tried to get Aldo to assist to no avail. Asked to please replace the USB dash plug with a quality one as it seemed of poor quality and they had damaged it when installing. Also asked him to do a software upgrade as this could be the reason for the Carplay not working. It is 10 months later and nothing has been repaired. No replies from Aldo to my messages. This is no longer a place you can trust. The assistant Aldo has hired has no clue what he is doing and workmanship is dreadful. Stay away.
