Does Booksite have ANY customer service or staff working there at all?

I have placed an online order at Makro for a Fitness book (apparently they are partnering with Booksite to do their deliveries) and have now received my delivery yesterday - but with the wrong book... This is now really not the first issue I have had with Makro and their online shopping services... I have requested a return this morning and are waiting to hear back from them. Tried calling Booksite since yesterday with no one ever being available in the department I need to speak to. Is there even any staff working here? Promised to call me back yesterday, still waiting.. As a loyal Makro customer, i surely hope you and your partners (Booksite) up your game and customer service as I am planning to close my account and take my business somewhere else from now.
