"Vader innie Hemel"

Just had the worst experience ever ...called on behalf of my colleague just to get an adress of this place...while I was trying to explain myself ....the guy was going "Vader innie hemel ..os issie 'n boek winkel ni ..os is in Brackenfell" my colleaugue also confirmed that she has spoken to a guy that was getting very iritated yesterday....so much for customer service...working with school kids books?
